"Guidelines to complete the Application Form: -"
The students are advised to read the following guideline carefully before completing the application form.
· The application form should be filled in capital letters.
· Please respond to all information sought.
· Ensure that the application form is duly signed.
· Photocopies of all certificates and mark sheets from HSC onwards and professional qualifications (if any) shall be enclosed along with application form.
Please ensure that your application contains the following enclosure.
1. 10th certificate and Mark sheet
2. 12th Certificate and Mark sheet
3. Graduation Certificate & Mark sheet
4. Aadhhar Card
5. Photo (Passport size) - 10 nos.
6. Caste Certificate - Computer Generated with barcode
7. Residence Certificate- Computer Generated with barcode
8. Income Certificate- Computer Generated with barcode
9. Migration Certificate
10. School/College Leaving Certificate
